LOCATION:  Prospect Heights, Brooklyn
TYPE: Co-op Apartment Conversion / Renovation

This 1,700 sf apartment was created from a former doctor's office on the ground floor of a grand pre-war co-op building across from the Brooklyn Museum. A warren of exam rooms was cleared away to create generously-sized open living spaces. Concrete countertops, vivid use of color and a mix of both refined and industrial fittings all contribute to the urban loft aesthetic.
