Seaport District / Manhattan / New Construction / Townhouse / Landmarks

This new condominium building rises from a narrow site in the South Street Seaport Historic District.  The seven story building is comprised of a ground-floor commercial space with five condominium apartments above. The uppermost duplex apartment has a private roof terrace with a spectacular view of the Brooklyn Bridge. The facade features brick and granite along with a contemporary steel storefront and cornice that echo those found in the surrounding historic district.
