This 5 unit multi-family residence consisted of the gut renovation and expansion of an existing small apartment house. The expansion maximized the allowable floor area to create the 5,000 s.f. building.  The project includes large contemporary window arrangements for greater daylighting, spacious layouts with open kitchens, roof terraces with views of the Manhattan skyline and Statue of Liberty, and a re-designed street facade.
