LOCATION: Omaha, Nebraska (for Savage & Palandri Architects)
TYPE: Commercial Tenant Space
For the Trancentrix electronic payment service company’s 6,000 s.f. facility in a suburban office building, a series of transparent and translucent partitions divide the space into reception spaces, meeting rooms, dynamic work spaces, and a cafe. These visual barriers separate different departments and their varying security requirements while allowing natural light to filter through the spaces. The space planning strategy was conceived to merge social spaces into alternative working arrangements for a progressive work environment.
