Bushwick / Brooklyn / Apartments / New Construction

This 9-story, 32-unit apartment building was recently completed on a 100 ft x 100 ft mid-block lot in the Bushwick section of Brooklyn. The concrete structure is clad with brick and corrugated metal panels.  Roof terraces for tenants are provided at the 2nd floor level and at the top of the building to take advantage of 360 degree views of Brooklyn and Manhattan.
